Ollie always eats the same thing for lunch - a bean and cheese burrito. People always ask if it gets boring, but Ollie knows that you can always depend on your burrito not to let you down. There's something solid and reassuring about a food that meets your expectations every time, and he's not tired of burritos yet! The only hitch comes every once in a while when the grocery store is out of the good tortillas. Ollie has tried making his own tortillas, but they always turn out too dry. Perhaps the problem is that he tends to space out during the "let the dough balls rest for 15 minutes" stage, and an hour or two might go by before he recalls what he was doing. Still, one needs a bad tortilla day every now and then to keep things in perspective.
