We do our best to process stuffed animal adoptions within a few days, but we unfortunately can't make any guarantees on time-frame. Plushiestan Passports are paw-made here in our Seattle, WA, USA passport office, and can take up to a week to produce. We appreciate your patience!
Art prints are fulfilled by a professional printer, and usually ship within a week.
Stuffed animals travel in comfortable (and recyclable!) first-class compartments, with snacks provided.
If you choose First-Class Mail, please note that it can sometimes take quite a while to reach other countries (in rare cases over a month), and that tracking information is not available. Priority Mail is faster (2-3 business days within the U.S. and 6-10 business days to other countries) and tracking information is available. Though we don't have an automated notification system, we would be happy to look up tracking numbers for you upon request.
Art prints ship separately, and shipping charges are calculated in addition to any adoptable animal travel fees. We choose the most cost-effective shipping method, but as the prints are fulfilled by a professional printer, we don't always know what that method will be. We can look up tracking info on request, with the exception of First-Class Mail. Transit times average 1 week or less within the U.S. and 2 weeks internationally.
Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., you made need to pay these fees when your package arrives.
Since passports are custom-made, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you find that we made a mistake, or you are not satisfied with the quality of the passport, please contact us within one week of receiving it, and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
If you are dissatisfied with (or are simply not bonding with) a stuffed animal, it is returnable in original condition within 2 weeks of receiving it. As a small company, we cannot refund the shipping charges or cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us before returning anyone!
Artwork is printed on demand, and sales are final. However, if you find that a print is truly not what you expected (for example, there is a problem with the quality), please let us know as soon as possible, and we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. If artwork arrives with shipping damage, please contact us right away, and keep the packaging in case it is needed to pursue a shipping claim.
